Drawing inspiration from the popular Pokemon series, Duel Revolution is a turn-based RPG game for Android smartphones and tablets. It was developed by the Prodigious Works studio and uses a free-to-play model with optional micropayments.

Developed by Epic Games, Battle Breakers is a free-to-play tactical role-playing game with optional microtransactions. You engage in turn-based battles on small maps divided into hexagonal fields.
In a world with a mix of fantasy and science-fiction elements, you assume control of a group of heroes whose world is under attack by hundreds of bloodthirsty monsters. Among the available heroes, you can choose between dinosaurs, robots, ninjas, mages and sword fighters each equipped with unique abilities.

Tales of Crestoria
Dedicated for mobile platforms, Tales of Crestoria is the next installment of the Tales of… series created by Bandai Namco Entertainment. Big improvement in the game is the turn-based combat system, as opposed to the real-time system used in previous games.
Tales of Crestoria’s story revolves around the fate of two heroes, Katana and Misella, each having a certain “crime” they carry as a burden. You as a player move around the world into separate locations, interact with NPCs and performs side tasks. As you progress the game you gain experience points which can be used for learning new skills.
Mad World is a 2D MMORPG with an isometric view set in a post-apocalyptic world, developed by Jandisoft. It’s released for mobile devices, PC windows and in a web browser version and is free-to-play with microtransactions.
After a great disaster ended the world’s civilization, all that’s left was a dark land full of monsters, and your job as a player is to bring back order. You can customize your character and continue to visit various locations, fight monsters and get experience to improve your equipment.
Aion: Legions of War
Aion: Legions of War is an action RPG mobile game developed by NCSoft studio and is a free-to-play model with micropayments. It was developed primarily for multiplayer, but you can also play alone, with battles taking place in real time.
This game takes us to the fantastic world of Atreia, following the protagonist Ren on a mission to get revenge for his brother's death. Playing from a third person perspective, you travel through different locations and acquire companions with different combat skills in order to fight enemies. With progress, you can unlock new skills and improve your equipment.
Skylanders: Ring of Heroes
This three-dimensional, tactical, turn-based RPG, created by studio Com2uS Corporation, is a spin-off of the series developed by Activision. It also features a PVP mode.

Stardew Valley is a debut production from the independent studio Concerned Ape and is focussed on a farmers life.
The player becomes a young farmer with the ambition to expand his farm, gather crops and generate profit. As the game progress, you gain experience points you can spend on developing skills like farming, mining, fishing, and feeding animals, and you can also obtain cooking recipes and item construction blueprints.
With added RPG features, the protagonist can gain friendships with characters inhabiting nearby villages and unlock access to new quests. It is even possible to get married and have children. Choices that you make during the campaign will affect the future of the whole valley.
The Elder Scrolls: Blades
Another installment in The Elder Scrolls series, this action RPG is developed for mobile devices. The Elder Scrolls: Blade is a free-to-play model with microtransactions and it was developed by Bethesda.
The Elder Scrolls: Blade allows you to create your own character and as you gain experience you can develop their abilities. Throughout the game, you can visit various locations and dungeons in order to complete quests, and with gathered resources expand your city.
You can only use the touchscreen interface to control your character, by tapping the screen you choose the direction, by swiping you attack with weapons, cast spells or block.
Diablo Immortal is a classic action RPG mobile spin-off of popular series of RPG games, Diablo. It’s actions take place between the events from Diablo II: Lord of Destruction and Diablo III, and it was developed by a Chinese company NetEase and an American studio Blizzard Entertainment.
After the destruction of the Worldstones, a former Diablo’s lieutenant, Skarn, builds a new army of demons in an attempt to bring back the ancient evil. Players use the touch screen to move the characters and press dedicated icons to attack. You can choose from six different character classes, each with unique abilities, and fight various monsters, explore location in different corners of the Sanctuary, and face bosses at the end.
