Wolfenstein: Youngblood was unveiled back at E3 2018, and it promised us a co-op experience through Paris, set in the alternate version of the 80s. And now, Bethesda has finally announced the game's release date.

The company has also revealed more details about the co-op play. Namely, it stated that those who purchase the deluxe edition of the game can invite one friend at a time to play with them for no extra cost using the game's Buddy Pass. That friend can then download and play the game as much as they want, as long as they play with the owner. They can also upgrade to the full game from there to play whenever they like with a friend of their own choosing. However, if you don't feel like sharing the experience with a friend you can always play it with an AI teammate.

The deluxe edition also comes with some cosmetic items as part of the Cyborg Skin Pack. Players who pre-order any version will receive a different selection of cosmetic items called the Legacy Pack. Pricing of the different editions hasn’t been announced yet.

Wolfenstein: Youngblood is coming to PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch on July 26th. Players will step into the shoes of sisters Jess and Soph, who are searching for their lost father, BJ Blazkowicz.
