Capcom has announced that Street Fighter V: Champion Edition is going to be launched next year for PS4 and PC. The game will be released on February 14.
This edition includes all content from both Street Fighter V and Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition. It adds each character, stage and costume that released after Arcade Edition and will include all launch content coming to this new version. In total, there will be 40 characters, 34 stages, and more than 200 costumes.
However, the game won’t include Fighting Chance costumes, brand collaboration costumes, and Capcom Pro Tour DLC.
Capcom's Street Fighter V: Champion Edition includes a variety of single-player and multiplayer modes designed for players of all skill levels, including Story Mode, Arcade Mode, Team Battle, Ranked Match, Casual Match and more. Also, it is said that new V-Skills for each character and a balance update will be released.
In addition, Gill from Street Fighter III, is coming to Street Fighter V: Champion Edition. He will be a part of the game when it releases. If you don’t want to wait till February, you can get him separately for $5.99 or 100,000 Fight Money this December.
Street Fighter V: Champion Edition will be available physically and digitally on PlayStation 4 and as a digital download on Steam for $29.99 beginning on February 14, 2020.
Beginning on November 18, current owners of any version of Street Fighter V can buy the Upgrade Kit for $24.99, which offers instant access to all unowned Champion Edition content as it becomes available leading up to its February release.
