Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Adds New Combat Modes with New Update

EA has announced that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order has got a new free update that added new combat modes.

Meditation Training is the biggest part of this update and is a new game mode hub that can be accessed from the Meditation points found throughout the game. In it, you’ll be able to face off against all enemies, including bosses, in two different modes: Combat Challenges and the Battle Grid,” it is said in a post about this update on the official website.

In Combat Challenges, there are 12 challenges that players need to complete. Each is different, and each has a 3-star completion rating.

In the Battle Grid mode, players can create combat encounters on their own. Also, they are able to choose a location, the size of the encounter, various difficulty modifiers, and set the overall difficulty of the combat to one of the 4 levels. In addition, they can fight Cal’s fallen Master Jaro Tapal, and the dark side of Cal, Inquisitor Cal Kestis.

Moreover, a New Journey+ mode is added with this update too. This mode lets players who have finished the game, play it again. There is a menu option to start from the beginning, and they will also get access to Meditation Training game modes. Players will get to keep all of their collectibles from their previous playthrough but they will have to relearn abilities.

This new update definitely brings a lot of new content to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
