Iceberg Interactive has revealed more of their upcoming horror game Lunacy: Saint Rhodes with an extended gameplay trailer.
The new video is accompanied by a developer update on Steam, in which the indie team from Lazarus Studio explains what challenges they've faced and what horrors fans should expect when the game arrives on PC in 2020.
"Our goal is to make the game feel as if you’ve stepped into a place that lives and breathes, without it coming across overly designed. Many hours have been spent on dynamic weather, lighting, foliage, animations and the sound design of the world around you," shared The Lunacy: Saint Rhodes Team,
"The houses of Lunacy: Saint Rhodes will make you wonder: Did someone just leave? Are they still around? Or have they been gone for months already? It’s up to you to discover, if you dare."
Lunacy: Saint Rhodes is a first-person survival horror game developed by Lazarus Studio, in which you seek the truth behind your family’s horrific murder. You will Investigate the history behind your ancestral home and the town of Saint Rhodes while fighting to survive what haunts it. You are going to try to uncover your family’s troubled past as you descend further and further into insanity.
The Author: an advanced artificial intelligence is always watching you and adapting to your every move, making sure you are never really safe. So you must be very careful because you never know what’s waiting around the corner.
Frightening creatures roam the town, guided by the Author, as you explore Saint Rhodes in search of clues to help you survive. No single visit to the town will be the same.
Your decisions matter. Every decision you make changes the course of the game.
Lunacy: Saint Rhodes will be published by Iceberg Interactive on PC in 2020. You can wishlist it on Steam.
