Keanu Reeves Asked for His Cyberpunk 2077 Screen-Time to be Doubled

Apparently, Keanu Reeves can’t get enough of  Cyberpunk 2077. As Italian journalist Gian Luca Rocco has revealed, the Matrix and John Wick star enjoys playing Johnny Silverhand so much that he asked for his screen-time in the game to be doubled.

Rocco found this out during the Lucca Comics and Games 2019 convention when he spoke to Luca Ward, an Italian actor, and dubber who dubs Keanu’s character so that the game can be played with its audio in Italian.

Reeves's character, Johny Silverhand is one of the central characters in the Cyberpunk series. In Cyberpunk 2077, he is a kind of guide, giving advice and tips to the player. He will be with them throughout the game as a sort of digital ghost since he is physically dead.

So, there will be a lot of Keanu Reeves in the game.

CD Projekt Red's Cyberpunk 2077 is set to be launched on April 16, 2020 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The Google Stadia version will also launch in 2020. The exact date is yet to be revealed.
