Just Dance 2020, which is celebrating its 20th birthday, was released for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and the Wii on November 5. Now, Ubisoft has revealed that this is its last game for the Wii.
"We would like to clarify that Just Dance 2020 will be the last Ubisoft title to release on Wii. We can't speak on behalf of other publishers or for Nintendo," said Ubisoft to GamesIndustry.biz.
Nintendo stopped the Wii production in Japan and Europe in 2013 to make room for its successor, the Wii U. The end of Wii U’s production was officially announced at the beginning of 2017 before its next console, the Nintendo Switch was supposed to be released in March that year.
It hasn’t been revealed if Just Dance 2020 is the last game ever to be released on the Wii.
