GDC 2020 has suffered a lot because many companies have cancelled their participation because of coronavirus concerns. As a result, the organizers have decided to postpone the event. It won’t happen from March 16 to 20.

“After close consultation with our partners in the game development industry and community around the world, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone the Game Developers Conference this March,” reads the update.
It is also said that they are very upset and disappointed because this happened and that they intend to host this event later in the summer. They will share more information in the coming weeks.
