EA announced that starting from July, PlayStation 4 owners will be able to subscribe to EA Access, which offers a large library of games and trials to new games.
EA Access for PlayStation 4 will cost the same as for Xbox One, $4.99 monthly or $29.99 annually.
As of now, EA Access has more than 50 games in the Vault. Among them are older games and more recent titles like. EA Access offers backward compatibility for Xbox One users, so presumably, PS4 subscribers will have access to fewer titles since PS4 isn’t backward compatible with the PlayStation 3.
Besides the full games, EA Access also allows you to play 10 hours of newer games as a trial period through Play First Trials.
As a cherry on top, if you are subscribed to EA Access, you have a 10% discount on all digital purchases (games, DLC, in-game currencies like Apex Coins).
