A couple of days ago, Techland announced that the launch of Dying Light 2 has been delayed, and a new release date hasn’t been revealed.
Fans were disappointed with this news. But they can cheer up a bit now because, to show that the team appreciates their patience and support, Techland has decided to offer Dying Light: Bad Blood for free to all players who own Dying Light regardless of which platform they use.
“As a token of appreciation for our amazing community, we are pleased to offer a free copy of Dying Light: Bad Blood to every Survivor eager to expand their Dying Light experience,” reads the statement on the official website. "Everyone who owns Dying Light (regardless of platform) can head over to our docket site to claim their Steam code."
So, to get their free copy, players should visit the Dying Light docket site, log into their account or register for free if they don’t have it. Then, if they own a Dying Light copy, a banner will inform them that they can get a free Dying Light: Bad Blood Steam code. They should just click the link on the banner and follow the instructions.
