The long-running rumors and reports have seemingly been confirmed with images of the supposed "All-Digital" Xbox One that has no disc drive surfacing online. A German website (WinFuture.de) obtained the images and they appear to be from a European retailer.
The box art featured on the website features logos of Minecraft, Sea of Thieves, and Forza Horizon 3 which suggests that these games may come pre-installed on the console. However, keep in mind that this may only be one version of an all-digital console that Microsoft is planning. Bundles usually vary from region to region.
Whatever the case may be, all of this is not yet official, but it might not be long until Microsoft makes it so. As a matter of fact, Microsoft's next Inside Xbox event is coming up on April 16th, and in addition to news about Microsoft's plans for E3, we might get an official announcement about this console during the show.
Microsoft is also reportedly planning a "disc-to-digital" campaign where players will be able to bring a physical copy of a game to a retailer and get a download code for a digital copy. Furthermore, there are also rumors of a new Xbox Live + Xbox Game Pass bundle offering for $15/month, so that might be another one of the announcements planned for the Inside Xbox event.
