Destiny 2: Shadowkeep Gets Spooky with its Festival of the Lost

The Festival of the Lost has arrived in Bungie's Destiny 2: Shadowkeep just in time for Halloween. The event is free for everyone. It began on October 29 and will last until November 19.

Festival of the Lost is a time for Guardians to put on masks and celebrate the memories of those that are lost. the

As a growing threat looms ever-present, return to the Tower, grab some candy, and remind yourself what you’re fighting for. Decorations for the Tower, the Haunted Forest, new customizations for your gear, and more await your celebration.

A new dungeon is also opened for willing fireteams or brave Guardians who want to tackle it alone. You should speak with Eris; she knows the way.

In addition, Lord Shaxx is mixing things up in the Crucible with a new mode called Momentum Control. While Mayhem puts focus on Supers, Momentum shifts your focus to gunplay. This is a fast-paced, hair-on-fire experience where the lethality of all weapons has been cranked to 11. You’re incentivized to be aggressive as you defeat other Guardians to earn charged melees, grenades, and Supers.

Finally, there is a new exotic, Xenophage, which you can try to get and claim as your own.
