The latest celebrity suing Epic Games over his significant dance is Russell Horning, known as a viral sensation - Backpack Kid. Horning claims a dance "Flossing" he created is used in Fortnite without permission.
Backpack Kid actually got famous for said dance, after posting a video of him dancing on Instagram. When the video went viral, he performed "Flossing" on many events. Horning doesn't own the copyright to "Flossing", but he has filed for it.
The interesting thing about this lawsuit is that Horning has already acknowledged his dance being used in Fortnite and stated: "not that big of a deal, I'm just glad it's in the game." But, now he is following steps of Alfonso Ribeiro, star of TV series 'Fresh Prince of Bel-Air', and rapper 2 Milly who have already filed complaints against Epic Games.
