Activision has shared that it has permanently banned more than 50,000 cheaters in Call of Duty Warzone.

We take all forms of cheating very seriously, maintaining a level and fair playing field for everyone is among our highest priorities. This is an area we have been working on heavily, but it isn’t always something we discuss publicly. We have been enforcing account bans since Day 1 of Warzone’s release. To date, we issued more than 50,000 permabans worldwide,” says Activision in a blog post.

Also, the publisher has revealed measures it is undertaking in order to prevent cheating. It is said that Activision’s security teams are monitoring game data non-stop, looking for possible problems. These teams review all potential cheats and hacks. They also analyze all the reports received in-game. When the investigations are finished, they do everything they can as soon as possible to ban those who cheat.

Finally, Activision says it is committed to ensuring that everyone has a fun and fair experience and that cheating is absolutely not allowed.
